Weekend Wonderings

This is a video that shows as much about the person watching it as it does about those on camera.

20 strangers were asked to kiss for the first time.  The result is awkward, glorious and heartwarming, all at the same time.

It shows that all human need to break the ice is physical contact from someone else.  And that a kiss can be a magical thing.

I hope this makes you feel as good as it did me.  Happy weekend, readers.

I kind of found heartwarming too, until I read that they were all models, actors and performers, and then the cynic in me decided it was pretentious and naff. I love the idea behind it but the fact they’re all beautiful does make it a more beautiful thing to watch… The ‘UK version’ was all over my Facebook feed last night and it’s, erm, quite a different story. I hope you don’t think I’m sabotaging your post by sharing this…

D’you know,, I first saw this after I read that *shock horror* they were models… And I don’t think it takes away from the beauty at all. Interesting.

Hello! We're Clare, Aisling and Anna and welcome to a corner of the world where smart, flawed, real women talk about the bigger picture; about their experiences, stories and opinions on all aspects of being a woman today, from marriage to feminism to pretty, too.

More here.
