Oh My…..

With lots and lots of love to you all on St. Valentine’s Day, we have a beauty of a treat for you today on this scrumptiously romantic day…Enjoy!
I’ll hold my hands up. I hadn’t heard of Anthropologie until very recently. When I did learn of it’s existence, I lost HOURS of my life on their website…we are talking about serious pretty. Pretty home-ware, pretty accessories, pretty dresses-and I love me a pretty dress. Imagine my excitement when I learned of the bridal range that was launching on, wait for it, Valentines Day! (That’s today, by the way…!)
These dresses are beyond lovely. Like, make-me-giddy and wish I could do it all again, lovely. It’s taken a few days for me to even have any words to describe them, and even those words aren’t good enough. You’re simply going to have to gaze at them yourselves. Gaze in wonder, my darlings!

Anthropologie – Ribboned Silk
Anthropologie – Ethereal Monarch
Anthropologies – Tiered Tulip

Anthropologie – Eyelet Medley Sheathe
Anthropolgie – Floral Artwork Dress
Anthropolgie – Fondant Tea Dress
Much beauty yes? And even better, they have some of the most fabulously pretty bridesmaids dresses, accessories, and even lingerie also on the site. Go go go! (Oh, and get married in one of the dresses and send us the pictures. Thanks).

But first, Clare and I have our favourites – which ones are yours?

 Clare‘s Favourite:
Anthropologie – Pleated Fantasy
I don’t think I need to really explain my love for this dress. I am known for my love of Grey.Check. Ruffles. Check. Fishtail/mermaid style. Check. Sash. Check. Swishyness. Check. I mean, honestly – what more could I ask from a dress? Pure unadulterated beauty. I am actually a little sad that this site didn’t exist a year ago – I’m pretty sure I would have pulled my entire look together from this wonderful shop. Love.

Aisling’s Favourite:

Anthropologie – Sweeping Taffeta Ballgown
The bow. The non-bridal neckline. The dirty cream colour. The Downton Abbey-esque fabric. I want to wear this dress to sleep in. To eat my breakfast, to mow the lawn, to skip through a field with wildflowers in my hair. Happy Valentine’s Day, dress. I love you.
So…which dress would you choose my lovelies? Tell please.

Eyelet medley chic for me please. Or any of the tea length beauties. I'm not fussy. Oh wait, this isn't a giveaway….now I'm doing my sad face x

I love Anthropologie – and it's very dangerous now that there's a shop in London (it was so much easier to ignore when they were just in the US). Damn them and their pretty bowls that keep tempting me….
I'm another one for the Eyelet Medley Sheathe (bit of a tongue twister that one) – just gorgeous. Shame I've already done all that marrying malarky.

Floral Artwork – plus head piece and shoes from this corner…
Is it in the UK yet? I know an anthropologie shoe shop is opening on the King's Road soon…
Love anthropologie – and their sales even more.

Hello! We're Clare, Aisling and Anna and welcome to a corner of the world where smart, flawed, real women talk about the bigger picture; about their experiences, stories and opinions on all aspects of being a woman today, from marriage to feminism to pretty, too.

More here.
