Wedding panic {continued}

Source

I’m pretty sure that this is what the inside of my brain looks like right now.

Saturday just gone was officially 8 weeks until The Wedding.

Please excuse me whilst I become simultaneously excited, overwhelmed and a teensy bit nervous.

Normal service will resume shortly.

PS Just want to check – it is OK to want to be married NOW, but yet wish the wedding was just a little bit further away, in order to fit in the quite frankly, obscenely large amount of things still on the to-do list, yes? Yes? Could someone please tell me that it’s OK to feel like this? Pleasethanksverymuch.

    Course it's OK to feel like that, you daft apeth! It's totally different for everyone, you feel how you damn well want to feel. It's your experience, you deal with it your way. Enjoy it, get the butterflies, hopefully you'll only experience it once.

    Much love, Becca xx

    I understand fully! Can't wait, so much to do, and don't want it to be over are pulling you in every direction! Make sure to schedule plenty of downtime with your beloved to remind yourself of the wonderful reason for the stress. Oh, and remember to breathe! xx

    I know that feeling. I started to panic 4 weeks before the wedding with a list as long as my arm and being a total control freak I wouldnt let anyone help ( please delegate and take peoples help as everyone will want to) I was terrifield at the thought of walking down the aisle, standing in front of everyone and crying (which i did do!)
    I gave myself a ridicules amount of things to do and even though i had the week off work before the wedding to sort things out I was still doing things at 9 o'clock the night before the wedding! I had planned a lovely meal with friends and a nice relaxing bath which turned into my dad getting me fish and chips and a jump in the bath at 11 o'clock not very relaxing! I was exhausted by the evening of our wedding day which I think I wouldnt have been so bad if I hadn't done so much. Don't get me wrong it was the most amazing day of my life and everyone who went said it was the best wedding they had been to but I could have let more people help. Enjoy the planning as you will miss it afterwards xxxx

    I must be getting close to 8 weeks and in some ways don't want it to come so quickly and want it to go uber quickly at the same time.
